Makro Mineraller ve Organizmadaki Görevleri Kalsiyum ve Fosfor
Özet
Mineraller doğada oldukça yaygın olan inorganik özellikte maddelerdir. Günlük alınması gereken miktar 250 mg’ın üzerinde olan mineraller makro minerallerdir ve sodyum, potasyum ve klor elektrolitleri ile kalsiyum, magnezyum ve fosfor bu gruptadırlar.
Minerals are inorganic substances that are quite common in nature. Minerals that need to be taken in amounts over 250 mg per day are macro minerals and sodium, potassium and chlorine electrolytes as well as calcium, magnesium and phosphorus are in this group.
