Eski Ve Unutulmuş Ortopedik Tedavilerin Tarihi ve Gelişimi

İnsanlık tarihi boyunca her alanda değişim ve gelişim hayatın kaçınılmaz bir parçasıdır. Şüphesiz sağlık alanındaki tanı ve tedavi yöntemleri bu dinamik durumun önemli bir kısmını oluşturur. Ortopedi alanındaki yenilikler de teknolojinin gelişmesi ile ivme kazanmıştır. Bu hızlı değişimler geçmişteki köşe taşları olan bilgilerle mümkün olmuştur. Eski dönemlerde ortopedik hastalıkların tedavilerinde kullanılan Hipokrat masası, Hipokrat tahtası, Hipokrat merdiveni gibi aletler, kırık ve çıkıkların tespit ve tedavisi için kullanılan tespit materyalleri ve tedavi yöntemlerinin birçoğu artık terkedilmiştir. Ancak günümüzde hala kullanılan, tedavi prensibi olarak geçerliliğini koruyan yöntem ve tedaviler de bulunmaktadır.

Innovations in orthopedics have also gained momentum with the advancement of technology. These rapid changes have been made possible with the foundational knowledge from the past. In ancient times, tools such as the Hippocratic bench, Hippocratic board, and Hippocratic ladder used in the treatment of orthopedic diseases, along with the diagnostic materials and treatment methods for fractures and dislocations, have largely been abandoned. However, there are still methods and treatments in use today that maintain their validity in principle.
