Uygulaması Korkunç Sonuçları Olan İlaçlar
Özet
Hastalıklar karşısında çarelerini bulmak için öteden beri birçok yol ve yöntem geliştirilmeye çalışıldı. Bunlar bazen cerrahi bir müdahale bazen de ile ilaçlar yolu ile oldu. Sistemik olarak ilaç uygulama yöntemleri çoğu zaman popüler olsa da her şey istenildiği gibi yolunda gitmeyebiliyor. Klinik yararları düşünülerek geliştirilen ilaçlar beklenenin aksine kullanımları sonrası erken veya geç dönemde olumsuz durumlar ortaya çıkarabiliyor. Bu kapsamda öncesinde yeterince klinik araştırma yapılmayan, güvenlik ve kalite standardı dışında geliştirilen ajanlar toplumsal sorunlara neden oldu. Bunlar arasında eliksir sülfanilamid ve talidomid faciaları geniş kitlelerde derin yaralar açan unutulmayacak sonuçlar doğurmuştur.
Many ways and methods had long been tried to developed heal for diseases. These sometimes had through surgical intervention and sometimes through drug medications. Although systemic drug administration methods are often popular, not everything may go as planned. Drugs developed with clinical benefits in mind, contrary to expectations, may cause negative effects in the early or late periods after their use. In this context, agents without sufficient clinical research and developed outside of safety and quality standards caused social problems. Among these, the elixir sulfanilamide and thalidomide disasters caused unforgettable results that reason deep wounds in large masses.
