Ekonomik Kalkınmanda Kadın Sağlığının Sağlık Turizmine Yansıması
Özet
Bu çalışmada, ekonomik kalkınmanın değişen paradigma ve yaklaşımlarında kadın sağlına bakışın sağlık turizmine yansıması incelenmiştir. Çalışma, ekonomik kalkınmada kadın sağlığını iyileştirme çabalarının kalkınma aracı bakışıyla gerçekleştirildiği iddiasında bulunmaktadır. Çalışmada ilk olarak II. Dünya Savaşı sonrası sağlıkla ilişkili kalkınma süreci açıklanmıştır. Daha sonra kalkınma çevreleri ve literatürün genel kabullerine eleştiriler getirerek ekonomik çıkarlar doğrultusunda değişen kadın sağlığı bakışları tanımlanmıştır. Son olarak kadın sağlığına araçsal bakış tanımlamalarının sağlık turizmine yansıması turizm pazar araştırmaları ve literatür doğrultusunda açıklanmıştır.
