Optik Sinir Başı Görüntüleme
Özet
Renkli fundus fotoğrafı, hastalıkların tanısı ve klinik bulgularının belgelendirilmesi
açısından faydalıdır. Fundus fotoğrafları ile hastalığın arka segmentteki
yaygınlığı ve izlem süresince oluşan fundus değişiklikleri belirlenebilir ve
eski fotoğrafları ile karşılaştırma yapılabilir (3). Günümüzde dijital kameralar
kullanıldığı için fotoğraflar kolaylıkla arşivlenip saklanabilmektedir. Bu şekilde
oluşabilecek medikolegal sorunların da önüne geçilebilmektedir.
