Optik Koherens Tomografi Anjiyografi
Özet
Optik koherens tomografi anjiyografi, retina ve koroid damarlarının görüntülenmesinde yeni bir çığır açmıştır. Girişimsel bir işlem olmaması, herhangi bir boyar maddenin kullanılmaması, yöntemin hızlı ve tekrarlanabilir olması en önemli avantajlarıdır. Yine geleneksel yöntemlerden farklı olarak görüntülerin üç boyutlu olması, çeşitli parametrelerin kantitatif değerlendirilebilmesi retina, koroid ve optik sinir başı hastalıklarının tanı ve takibinde objektif değerlendirilmelerin yapılmasına olanak sağlar. Tüm bu avantajlarının yanı sıra çekim alanının sınırlı olması, artefaktlar ve damarlardan olan sızıntıyı gösterememesi gibi dezavantajları vardır.
