Örgütlerde Değişim: “İnsan Odaklı” Değişim ve Çalışan Sesi
Özet
Bu bölüm, örgütsel değişimi “insan odaklı” bir yaklaşımla ele almakta ve çalışan sesinin (employee voice) değişim süreçlerindeki kritik rolünü tartışmaktadır. Modern iş dünyasında değişim; teknolojik gelişmeler, rekabet, sürdürülebilirlik ve değişen beklentilerle şekillenmektedir. Ancak değişim süreçlerinin başarısı, yalnızca stratejik planlara değil, çalışanların katılımına, güven ortamına ve seslerini ifade edebilme imkânına bağlıdır. Bu kapsamda, çalışan sesi; yapıcı öneriler, eleştiriler ve geri bildirimlerle örgütlerin yenilikçi çözümler geliştirmesine katkı sağlayan bir mekanizma olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Bölümde, Lewin ve Kotter’in değişim modelleri temel alınarak ses davranışının öncülleri, türleri (teşvik edici, engelleyici) ve çıktıları incelenmektedir. Ayrıca, çalışan sesini teşvik eden liderlik tutumları, psikolojik güvenlik, adalet algısı ve kaynakların korunumu gibi faktörler tartışılmaktadır. Sonuçta, çalışanların değişim süreçlerinde aktif katılımını sağlayacak insan odaklı yaklaşımlar, örgütsel bağlılık, güçlendirme ve yenilikçilik açısından stratejik bir değer taşımaktadır.
