Tükenmişlik
Özet
Bu bölüm alan yazında üzerinde sıklıkla çalışılan ve iş yerinde kronik stresten kaynaklanan bir mesleki olgu olan tükenmişlik konusuna odaklanmaktadır. Yapılan çalışmalar tükenmişliğin hem çalışanlar hem de kurumlar için önemli sonuçlarla ilişkili bir sendrom olduğunu ortaya koymuştur. Bu bölüm kapsamında, tükenmişliğin tanımı, farklı boyutları ve nasıl meydana geldiği aktarılacak, tükenmişliğin öncülleri olan örgütsel faktörlere ve bu sürece etkisi olan bireysel faktörlere değinilecektir. Bölümde ayrıca, tükenmişliğin hem bireysel hem de kurumsal düzeyde yarattığı etkiler ve tükenmişliği önlemek ve azaltmak için kullanılabilecek yöntemler de paylaşılacaktır.
