Performans Yönetimi: Performans Değerlendirme Sistemi, Süreç ve Yöntemler, Geri Bildirim
Özet
Performans yönetimi, çalışanların bireysel ve ekip performanslarının belirlenmesi, ölçülmesi ve geliştirilmesini içerir. Bu süreç, çalışanların kurumsal hedeflere ulaşmasını sağlamak amacıyla hedefler koyar, değerlendirme kriterlerini belirler ve geri bildirim sağlar. Performans yönetimi, kurumsal başarının temel faktörlerinden biridir ve çalışan bağlılığını, iş tatminini artırmayı amaçlar. Yüksek performans elde etmek için yönetim sistemlerinde hedeflerle yönetim (MBO), anahtar performans göstergeleri (KPI) ve hedefler ve anahtar sonuçlar (OKR) gibi yaklaşımlar tercih edilir. Ayrıca, 360° değerlendirme gibi çoklu kaynaklardan geri bildirim sağlayan yöntemler de kullanılmaktadır. Modern performans yönetimi, esneklik, sürekli geri bildirim ve teknoloji entegrasyonuna dayanır. Özellikle yapay zekâ destekli sistemler, süreçlerin daha verimli yönetilmesine katkı sağlar. Günümüzde performans yönetimi hem çalışan bağlılığını artırmak hem de kurumların rekabet gücünü korumak için kritik bir araç olarak görülmektedir.
