Onkolojik Cerrahide Bakım
Özet
Onkolojik Cerrahi Sonrası Hızlandırılmış İyileşme (ERAS), klinik sonuçları iyileştirmek ve cerrahi stres yanıtını azaltmak, böylece hastanın iyileşmesini kolaylaştırmak amacıyla hasta bakımını optimize etmeyi amaçlayan ameliyat dönemi bakım paketi olarak ifade edilebilir. ERAS müdahalelerinin klinik uygulamaya dahil edilmesiyle; daha erken iyileşme, ameliyat sonrası adjuvan kemoterapiye başlama süresinin kısalması, daha iyi hasta toleransı ve tedavinin daha yüksek oranda tamamlanmasını sağlayarak daha iyi sağ kalımla onkolojik sonuçların iyileşmesini sağlamaktadır. Onkolojik cerrahide hasta odaklı bakımda hemşireler, her müdahalede önemli rol oynar. Ayrıca hemşireler, kanıta dayalı bakım uygulamalarıyla hastaların cerrahi yolculuğunda cerrahi ekiple yakın işbirliği içindedir.
Accelerated Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) can be defined as a package of perioperative care aimed at optimizing patient care to improve clinical outcomes and reduce the surgical stress response, thus facilitating patient recovery. Incorporating ERAS interventions into clinical practice leads to improved oncologic outcomes with earlier recovery, shorter time to start postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy, better patient tolerance and higher treatment completion rates, resulting in improved survival. In patient-centered care in oncologic surgery, nurses play an important role in every intervention. In addition, nurses collaborate closely with the surgical team in the surgical journey of patients with evidence-based care practices.
