Günübirlik Cerrahi
Özet
Bu bölüm, karpal tünel sendromu tanısı konmuş ve ayaktan cerrahi için planlanan 65 yaşında diyabetli ve kilolu bir kadın hastanın durumunu ele almaktadır. Başarılı bir ayaktan cerrahi için gerekli olan hasta seçim kriterleri, ameliyat öncesi değerlendirme, anestezi yönetimi, sosyal faktörler ve ameliyat sonrası bakımı vurgulamaktadır. Multidisipliner ekiplerin rolü, hemşirelerin eğitimi ve diyabet ve obezite gibi eşlik eden hastalıkların yönetimi için özel hususlar vurgulanmaktadır.
This chapter discusses the case of a 65-year-old female patient with diabetes and overweight, diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome and scheduled for outpatient surgery. It highlights patient selection criteria, preoperative evaluation, anesthesia management, social factors, and postoperative care essential for successful outpatient surgery. The role of multidisciplinary teams, nurses' education, and specific considerations for managing comorbidities like diabetes and obesity are emphasized.
