Cerrahi Hasta Nakilleri
Özet
Cerrahi girişim sırasında, hastalara premedikasyon/anestezi uygulanması, hasta ve cerrahi ekibin stresli olması, ameliyathanede komplikasyon riskinin ve hasta sirkülasyonunun yoğun olması güvenli hasta transferinin önemini ön plana çıkartır. Hasta transferi sırasında yapılan hataların ve eksikliklerin hastaların durumunu ciddi şekilde etkilediği bildirilmektedir. Bu nedenle, ameliyat öncesi ve sonrası hasta güvenliği, transfer güvenliği içinde kritik bir öneme sahiptir. Güvenli hasta transferi için transfer anında hastanın klinik durumunun izlenmesi, bakımın sürdürülmesi, ekipmanların kontrol edilmesi esastır. Perioperatif ekip üyeleri, planlama, ön kabul, ameliyat öncesi, ameliyat sırası ve ameliyat sonrası bakım dahil olmak üzere tüm transfer aşamaları için standartlaştırılmış bir teslim süreci kullanmalıdır.
During surgical procedures, the administration of premedication/anesthesia to patients, the stress experienced by both the patient and the surgical team, the high risk of complications in the operating room, and the intensity of patient circulation highlight the importance of safe patient transfer. It has been reported that errors and deficiencies during patient transfer significantly affect patient outcomes. Therefore, preoperative and postoperative patient safety, including transfer safety, is of critical importance. Safe patient transfer requires monitoring the patient's clinical condition, maintaining care continuity, and ensuring equipment checks during the transfer process. Perioperative team members should use a standardized handoff process for all transfer stages, including planning, preadmission, preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care.
