Tirotoksik Hepatit: Olgu Sunumu
Özet
Tirotoksikozu olan bir hastada karaciğer enzim yükseklikleri saptanması durumunda akut hepatit nedeni olabilecek diğer tüm sebepler dışlandıktan sonra, tirotoksikoz ile ilişkili karaciğer fonksiyon bozukluğu düşünülmelidir. Burada ciddi karaciğer enzim yüksekliği ve hiperbilirubinemisi olan hastada akut hepatit etyolojisi araştırılarak tirotoksik hepatit tanısına ulaşıldığını; toksik tiroid adenomu olan hipertiroidili vakada antitiroid tedavi ve destek tedaviler ile hastanın ötiroid hale getirildiğini ve sonrasında radyoaktif iyot tedavisi (RAİ) ile kalıcı tedavi sağlandığını bildirmek istedik.
