Gebede Tekrarlayan Akut Pankreatit
Özet
Genç yaşta tekrarlayan akut pankreatit olgularında ayırıcı tanı önemlidir. Bu olguda, gebeliğin 31. haftasında iki ay içinde altı kez akut pankreatit atağı geçiren genç bir hasta sunulmaktadır. Etiyolojide alkol, ilaç kullanımı ve hiperlipidemi dışlanmıştır. IgG4 düzeyleri normal bulunmuş, görüntülemede otoimmün pankreatit veya pankreatik divisum lehine bulgu saptanmamıştır. Bulgular, akut biliyer pankreatit ile uyumlu değerlendirilmiş ve atakların stabilize olmasının ardından kolesistektomi planlanmıştır. Bu vaka, gebelikte tekrarlayan akut biliyer pankreatit ile karakterize nadir bir klinik tabloyu ortaya koymaktadır.
