Geriatrik Prezentasyonu Olan Primer Sjögren Sendromu Olgusu
Özet
Sjögren sendromu, lenfosit aracılı epitelit ve immün yıkım sonucu sekretuvar bez disfonksiyonuna yol açan kronik sistemik otoimmün bir hastalıktır. Klinik bulguların geniş spektrumda seyretmesi ve ileri yaşta atipik prezentasyonların daha sık görülmesi tanıyı güçleştirebilmektedir. Bu yazıda nefes darlığı şikayeti ile başvuran, tetkiklerinde plevral efüzyon ve immünoglobulin M varlığı saptanan, 71 yaşında tanı alan bir Sjögren sendromu olgusu sunulmaktadır. Literatürde plevral efüzyon, monoklonal gammopati ve Sjögren sendromu birlikteliğinin nadir olması ve olgunun ileri yaşta atipik klinik seyir göstermesi nedeniyle bu vaka sunulmaktadır.
