Akut Böbrek Hasarıyla Tanı Alan Retroperitoneal Fibrozis Olgusu
Özet
Akut böbrek hasarı, hastaneye başvuran hastaların önemli bir bölümünde görülen, morbidite ve mortalite sıklığını arttıran klinik bir durumdur. Retroperitoneal fibrozis vakalarında, üreterlerin fibrotik doku tarafından sarılmasıyla obstrüktif üropati gelişebilmekte ve akut böbrek hasarı görülebilmektedir. Bu vakada 59 yaşında retroperitoneal fibrozise bağlı postrenal akut böbrek hasarı gelişen bir hastayı sunmaktayız.
