Özet
Yoğun Bakım ve Takip Süreci Bu bölüm, postpartum kanama sonrası gelişebilecek hayati komplikasyonların yönetiminde yoğun bakımın kritik rolünü kapsamlı şekilde ele almaktadır. Yoğun bakım endikasyonları, obstetrik hastalara özgü skorlama sistemleri (SOFA, APACHE II, MEOWS) ve organ fonksiyonlarının izlenmesi detaylandırılmıştır. Kardiyovasküler, solunum, renal, hematolojik ve hepatik sistemlerin izlem protokollerine ek olarak sepsis yönetimi, multidisipliner yaklaşım ve antibiyotik tedavi stratejileri sunulmuştur. Ayrıca, yoğun bakımın anne ve aile üzerindeki psikolojik etkileri, PTSD, depresyon ve anksiyete gibi sorunlara dair müdahaleler aktarılmıştır. Taburculuk öncesi kriterler, uzun dönem takip ve yeniden gebelik planlaması açısından önerilerle bölüm sonlandırılmıştır. Maternal mortaliteyi azaltmada yoğun bakım sürecinin hem tıbbi hem psikososyal yönleriyle ele alınması bu bölümün odak noktasıdır.
