Postpartum Kanama Risk Faktörleri ve Değerlendirmesi
Özet
Bu bölüm, postpartum kanamanın (PPK) oluşumuna neden olan başlıca risk faktörlerini ve bu risklerin klinik olarak nasıl değerlendirileceğini kapsamlı biçimde ele almaktadır. Maternal faktörler (anemi, preeklampsi, ileri yaş), obstetrik öyküler (çoğul gebelik, önceki sezaryenler), plasental anomaliler, uzamış doğum eylemi ve uterin atoni gibi durumların PPK riskini artırdığı vurgulanmaktadır. Ayrıca, doğum öncesi dönemde risk analizi yapmaya yönelik kullanılan skorlama sistemleri ve bu sistemlerin klinik uygulanabilirliği de detaylandırılmıştır. Bölümde hem primer hem sekonder postpartum kanama için risk tahmin yöntemleri açıklanmakta, etkili yönetim için multidisipliner yaklaşım önerilmektedir. Doğum öncesi dönemde erken tanı ve hazırlığın, maternal morbidite ve mortalitenin azaltılmasında kritik rol oynadığı vurgulanmıştır.
