Kombine Topikal Retinoidler
Özet
Retinoidler vitamin A vitamerleri olan kimyasal bileşiklerdir. Topikal retinoidlerin hem etkinliğini artırmak hem lokal yan etkilerini azaltmak hem de hastanın tek üründe birkaç farklı etki mekanizmalı molekülle tedavisini sağlamak amacıyla fiks kombinasyonları üretilmiştir. Bu bölümde akne tedavisinde kullanılan adapalen %0.1 ve benzoil peroksit %2.5, adapalen %0.3 ve benzoil peroksit %2.5, klindamisin fosfat %1.2 ve tretinoin %0.025 ile izotretinoin %0.05 ve eritromisin %2 kombinasyonlarının yanı sıra psoriasis tedavisinde kullanılan halobetazol propiyonat %0.01 ve tazaroten %0.045 kombinasyonu moleküler yapıları, etkinlik ve güvenlik verileri, endikasyonları ve kontrendikasyonları eşliğinde özetlenmiştir.
