1980 Sonrası Türkiye'de “Hane”nin Söylemsel İnşası

Bu çalışma, 1980 sonrası Türkiye'de \"hane\"nin söylemsel inşasını ele almaktadır. 1980 darbesi ve sonrasında yaşanan dönüşümler, Türkiye'de toplumsal, siyasal ve ekonomik açıdan bir kırılma noktası oluşturmuştur. Bu dönemde iktidara gelen neoliberal-muhafazakâr siyasetin söylemleri, günlük yaşamın pratiklerini de içeren bir şekilde hane inşasını etkilemiştir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, bu dönemdeki siyasi yapıların haneyi nasıl inşa ettiğini analiz etmektir. Hane, sosyokültürel politikalar çerçevesinde ele alınmış ve gündelik hayat, kitle kültürü, kamusal-özel alan ve toplumsal cinsiyet politikalarının haneyi nasıl şekillendirdiği incelenmiştir. Ayrıca aileye ilişkin politikalar ve konut sahibi olmanın hane üzerindeki etkisi de ele alınmıştır. Bu çalışma, Türkiye'deki hanenin söylemsel inşasını anlamak için önemli bir kaynak oluşturmaktadır.

This study examines the discursive construction of the \"household\" in post-1980 Turkey. The transformations experienced after the 1980 coup and beyond have constituted a turning point in terms of social, political, and economic aspects in Turkey. The discourses of the neoliberal-conservative politics that came to power during this period have influenced the construction of the household, including the practices of daily life. The aim of this study is to analyze how political structures during this period constructed the household. The household is approached within the framework of sociocultural policies, and the study examines how everyday life, mass culture, public-private space, and gender policies shape the household. Additionally, policies related to the family and the impact of homeownership on the household are also discussed. This study serves as an important resource for understanding the discursive construction of the household in Turkey.
