Bilgi Okuryazarlığı ve Sürdürülebilir Kalkınma Hedefleriyle Etkileşimi

Özet

Bilgi okuryazarlığı, bireylerin bilgiye erişme, değerlendirme, kullanma ve etik biçimde paylaşma becerilerini kapsayan çok boyutlu bir yetkinlik alanı olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Bilgi okuryazarlığı kavramı tarihsel gelişimi, bileşenleri ve türleri bağlamında ele alınmakta olup; özellikle dijitalleşme ve küresel sürdürülebilirlik hedefleri ışığında sahip olduğu stratejik rol tartışılmaktadır. Bölüm, bilgi okuryazarlığının Sürdürülebilir Kalkınma Amaçları (SKA’lar) ile özellikle SKA 4 (Nitelikli Eğitim), SKA 5 (Toplumsal Cinsiyet Eşitliği), SKA 13 (İklim Eylemi) ve SKA 16 (Barış ve Adalet) ekseninde olan ilişkisini kuramsal ve uygulamalı olarak incelemektedir. Triple E ve Empowering 8 modelleri karşılaştırmalı biçimde analiz edilerek, bu modellerin eğitim bağlamında nasıl entegre edilebileceğine dair öneriler sunulmaktadır. Ayrıca, kütüphanelerin bilgiye erişim, toplumsal farkındalık ve açık erişim politikaları üzerinden sürdürülebilir kalkınmaya katkıları tartışılmakta; uygulamada karşılaşılan zorluklara yönelik çözüm stratejileri sunulmaktadır. Son olarak, bilgi okuryazarlığının geleceği yapay zekâ okuryazarlığı bağlamında değerlendirilmekte; bu dönüşümün eğitim politikaları ve toplumsal kapasite inşası açısından önemi vurgulanmaktadır.
