Fonksiyonel ve Alternatif Yemlerin Kanatlı Beslemede Sindirim, Performans ve Ürün Kalitesi Üzerine Etkileri
Özet
Fonksiyonel ve alternatif yemler, tek mideli hayvanlarda sindirim fizyolojisinin düzenlenmesi, bağırsak sağlığının korunması ve performansın artırılması amacıyla kullanılan önemli besleme araçlarıdır. Probiyotikler, prebiyotikler, postbiyotikler, organik asitler, enzimler, fitobiyotikler ve tarımsal yan ürünler bu kapsamda değerlendirilmektedir. Bu yem ve katkılar; sindirim enzimlerinin aktivitesini ve besin maddelerinin kullanılabilirliğini artırabilir, bağırsak mikrobiyotasını dengeleyebilir, bağırsak bariyerini güçlendirebilir ve zararlı mikroorganizmaların gelişimini sınırlandırabilir. Böylece bağışıklık sistemi, büyüme performansı ve yemden yararlanma olumlu yönde desteklenebilir. Ancak elde edilen etkiler; kullanılan ürünün türüne, içeriğine, dozuna, hayvanın yaşına ve yetiştirme koşullarına bağlı olarak değişmektedir. Bu nedenle fonksiyonel ve alternatif yemlerin rasyonlarda etkin ve güvenli düzeylerde kullanılması büyük önem taşımaktadır.
