This study examines 1,096 daily room-sales and occupancy records from a hotel’s front-office automation system covering 1 January 2023-31 December 2025. The hotel’s daily capacity is 66 rooms, and data integrity and monthly totals were verified. Descriptive analyses were conducted by year, month, quarter, and day of the week. Group differences were evaluated using Kruskal-Wallis, Dunn tests with Holm adjustment, and Wilcoxon tests. A Type III analysis of variance included year, month, day of the week, public-holiday status, and a year×month interaction; the interaction was significant. ACF, PACF, Durbin-Watson, Breusch-Godfrey, and Ljung-Box results indicated positive serial dependence and recurring weekly autocorrelation. MSTL and GAM identified weekly and annual seasonality, but serial dependence remained in the GAM residuals. The day-of-week effect was strong, and occupancy was lower on public holidays than on regular days. Annual occupancy was highest in 2024 (52.57%) and declined to 47.60% in 2025. For out-of-sample evaluation, 2023-2024 data were used for training and 2025 data for testing. Fourier-ARIMA, TBATS, calendar-based GAM, and naive models were compared. Fourier-ARIMA and TBATS produced the lowest errors. Overall, the findings are descriptive and predictive rather than causal.
