Sağlık İletişimine Giriş: Kavramlar, Aktörler ve Güncel Eğilimler
Özet
Bu bölüm, sağlık iletişimini kavramsal çerçevesi, aktörleri, düzeyleri, temel amaçları, kuramsal temelleri ve güncel eğilimleriyle bütüncül biçimde tanıtmayı amaçlamaktadır. Sağlık iletişimi; sağlıkla ilgili bilginin üretildiği, paylaşıldığı, yorumlandığı ve eyleme dönüştürüldüğü, halk sağlığı ile klinik uygulama arasında köprü kuran stratejik ve disiplinler arası bir alan olarak ele alınmaktadır. Bölümde alanın hekimlerden hastalara, sağlık kurumlarından medyaya ve kamu otoritelerine uzanan çok aktörlü yapısı ile kişilerarası, grup, kurumsal ve toplumsal düzeyleri tanıtılmakta; bilgi aktarımı, sağlık okuryazarlığı, davranış değişikliği, hasta merkezli iletişim, risk ve kriz iletişimi ile sağlık eşitsizliklerinin azaltılması gibi temel amaçlar tartışılmaktadır. Bu amaçlara zemin oluşturan kuramsal yaklaşımlar bireysel, mesaj, toplumsal ve ilişkisel düzeylere göre sistematik biçimde sunulmakta; son olarak dijitalleşme, sosyal medya, infodemi ve yapay zekâ ekseninde alanın güncel dönüşümü değerlendirilmektedir.
