Çocuk ve Ergen Ruh Sağlığında Koruyucu Yaklaşımlar ve Sağlık İletişimi

Özet

Bu bölüm, çocuk ve ergen ruh sağlığını şekillendiren bireysel, ailesel, okul temelli ve dijital etkenleri; koruyucu ruh sağlığı yaklaşımlarını ve bu alanda sağlık iletişiminin üstlendiği rolü bütüncül bir kuramsal çerçevede ele almaktadır. Bronfenbrenner’ın ekolojik sistemler kuramı, Bowlby ve Ainsworth’ün bağlanma kuramı, Winnicott’un benlik gelişimi yaklaşımı ve Erikson’un psikososyal gelişim kuramı temel alınarak erken dönem ilişkilerin yaşam boyu ruhsal işlevsellik üzerindeki belirleyici etkisi tartışılmaktadır. Bölüm ayrıca birincil, ikincil ve üçüncül koruma düzeylerini; Sağlık İnanç Modeli ve Bilgi-Motivasyon-Davranış Becerileri Modeli çerçevesinde sağlık iletişimini; ruh sağlığı okuryazarlığını, risk iletişimini ve Goffman’ın kuramına dayanan damgalanma tartışmasını kapsamaktadır. Son bölümde yapay zekâ destekli dijital ruh sağlığı uygulamalarının gelecekteki olası rolüne değinilmektedir. Bulgular, çocuk ve ergen ruh sağlığının korunmasının yalnızca klinik müdahalelerle değil; aile, okul, sağlık sistemi ve medya arasında eşgüdümlü, etkili bir iletişim ağıyla mümkün olabileceğini ortaya koymaktadır.
