Derinin Viral Hastalıkları
Özet
Derinin viral hastalıkları, aile hekimliği pratiğinde sık görülen, çocukluktan erişkinliğe kadar her yaş grubunu etkileyen geniş bir hastalık grubudur. Klinik bulguların geniş bir spektrum göstermesi ve viral enfeksiyonların diğer dermatozlarla benzerlik taşıması, doğru tanı ve uygun klinik yönetimi gerekli kılmaktadır. Bu bölümde; aile hekimlerinin günlük pratikte sıkça karşılaşabileceği başlıca viral hastalıkların klinik özellikleri, bulaş yolları, tanısal yaklaşımları, ayırıcı tanıları, tedavi seçenekleri ve korunma yöntemleri ele alınacaktır. Bölüm kapsamında; kızamık, kızamıkçık, eritema infeksiyozum (beşinci hastalık), rozeola infantum (altıncı hastalık), varisella (suçiçeği), el-ayak-ağız hastalığı, verruka, molluskum kontagiyozum, herpes simpleks, herpes zoster (zona) ve maymun çiçeği (monkeypox) gibi hastalıkların yanı sıra COVID-19 ile İnsan İmmün Yetmezlik Virüsü’nün (HIV) dermatolojik belirtilerinden bahsedilecektir. Bu bölümün amacı; aile hekimlerine derinin viral hastalıklarını tanıma, tedavi etme ve yönetme süreçlerinde rehberlik etmenin yanı sıra, bulaşın önlenmesi ve hastaların dermatoloji veya ilgili diğer uzmanlık branşlarına zamanında yönlendirilmesi konusunda sistematik ve pratik bir kılavuz sunmaktır.
