Özet

Papüloskuamöz hastalıklar, farklı klinik ve histopatolojik özellikler göstermekle birlikte benzer morfolojik bulgular nedeniyle tanısal güçlük oluşturabilen bir grup deri hastalığıdır. Bu bölümde psöriyazis, liken planus ve pitriyazis rozea; epidemiyoloji, etiyoloji, patogenez, klinik özellikler, histopatoloji, tanı, ayırıcı tanı, tedavi, seyir ve sevk kriterleri açısından ele alınmıştır. Psöriyazis, genetik yatkınlık ve çevresel tetikleyicilerin rol oynadığı, kronik ve tekrarlayıcı enflamatuar bir hastalıktır. Klinik görünümü ve şiddeti farklılık gösterebilir; topikal tedavilerden fototerapi, sistemik ve biyolojik tedavilere kadar geniş bir tedavi seçeneğine sahiptir. Liken planus, T hücre aracılı immünolojik mekanizmaların ön planda olduğu, deri, mukoza, saç ve tırnakları tutabilen kronik bir hastalıktır. Pitriyazis rozea ise çoğunlukla gençlerde görülen, kendini sınırlayan ve genellikle 6–8 hafta içinde spontan gerileyen bir papüloskuamöz dermatozdur. Her üç hastalıkta da doğru tanı için ayrıntılı klinik değerlendirme ve gerektiğinde histopatolojik inceleme önemlidir. Hastalığın yaygınlığı, şiddeti, özel bölge tutulumu ve eşlik eden hastalıklar tedavi ve dermatolojiye sevk kararını belirlemede temel unsurlardır.
