Kobi’lerde Deprem Sonrası Kurumsal İşbirliği
Özet
Bu bölüm, 2023 Kahramanmaraş ve Hatay depremleri gibi büyük afetlerin ardından ekonominin temel yapı taşı olan KOBİ’lerin sürdürülebilirliği ve toparlanabilmesi için kurumsal işbirliğinin hayati önemini ele almaktadır. Çalışmanın temel amacı; KOBİ’lerin örgüt yapıları ile kültürlerini dikkate alarak işbirliğine yatkınlıklarını belirlemek ve afet sonrası yeniden inşa sürecinde rekabet güçlerini artıracak stratejik öneriler sunmaktır. Bölümde, KOBİ’lerin kriz dönemlerinde yaşadığı sermaye, nitelikli iş gücü, müşteri ve tedarik zinciri kayıpları gibi kırılganlıkların yanı sıra küçük ölçekli olmanın sağladığı esnek hareket kabiliyeti incelenmektedir. Kurumsal işbirliğinin sağladığı kaynak paylaşımı, ölçek ekonomisi, riskin bölünmesi ve yenilikçilik gibi kazanımlar aktarılırken; güvensizlik, bilgi asimetrisi ve resmileştirilmemiş ilişkiler gibi başarısızlık nedenleri irdelenmektedir. Ayrıca sosyal sermaye ile dış yardımların toparlanmadaki kritik rolü vurgulanmaktadır. Çalışma; KOBİ’lerin e-işbirliği altyapılarını geliştirmesi, yıkıcı rekabet yerine ortaklaşa rekabet ve kümelenmeye yönelmesi, verilerini bulut sistemlerde yedeklemesi, alternatif tedarik ağları kurması, insani yardım kuruluşlarıyla ortak değer üretmesi ve işbirliklerini 1-5 yıllık resmî sözleşmelerle yapılandırması gerektiğini ortaya koymaktadır.
