Refrakter Multipl Myelomada Belantamab Mafodotin
Özet
Multiple myelom, günümüzde sık görülen, son dönemde gelişen yeni tedavi seçenekleri ile sağkalımı belirgin artan hematolojik kanserlerden biridir. Tedavi seçenekleri proteozom inhibitörleri ve immünmodülatör ajanların yanısıra B hücre matürasyon antijeni (BCMA) temelli tedavilerle belirgin artmıştır. Burada diğer tedavilerle şifa sağlanamamış bir multipl myelom tanılı hastada BCMA hedefli tedavi Belantamab mafodotin olgusu sunulmuştur. Yeni tedaviler ile multipl myelomada belirgin ilerlemesiz sağkalım (PFS) ve genel sağkalım (OS) artışı görülmektedir. Ülkemizde de bu tedavilere ulaşımın daha kolay olabilmesi ile hastalarımıza şifa sağlanması en temel hedef olmalıdır.
