İnhibitörlü Erişkin Hemofili A Tedavisinde Emicizumab Kullanımı
Özet
Bu makalede, kliniğimizde takip edilen, yüksek titreli inhibitöre sahip ve konvansiyonel bypass edici ajan (aPCC/rFVIIa) profilaksisi altında dahi kanama kontrolü sağlanamayan dört erişkin ağır Hemofili A olgusunun Emicizumab profilaksisine geçiş sonrası klinik seyri sunulmuştur.
