Çocukluk Çağında Renal Kitlelere Bakış
Özet
Wilms tümörü çocukluk çağında en sık görülen renal kitle olup tüm pediatrik malignitelerin yaklaşık %5-7sini oluşturmaktadır. Bu olguda Wilms tümöründe cerrahi evrelemenin önemi ve intraoperatif tümör ruptürünün tedavi stratejisine etkisini vurgulanmaktadır.
