Özet

Yabancı cisim yutulması, pediatrik popülasyonda sık karşılaşılan ve acil müdahale gerektirebilen durumlardan biridir. Bu bölümde, çocukluk çağında sık görülen düğme pil, madeni para, mıknatıs, keskin cisimler ve su emici polimer jel top yutma olguları klinik yaklaşım, tanı algoritmaları ve güncel literatür eşliğinde gözden geçirilmiştir. Amacımız, yabancı cismin türüne ve lokalizasyonuna göre değişen acil yönetim stratejilerini vaka örnekleri üzerinden sunmaktır.
