Sakrokoksigeal Teratom: Bir Yenidoğan Olgu Sunumu
Özet
Sakrokoksigeal teratom (SKT), yenidoğan döneminde en sık görülen germ hücreli tümördür. Kız çocuklarında daha sık görülmesine karşın erkek hastalarda malign transformasyon riski daha yüksektir. Bu yazıda, 22. gebelik haftasında rutin obstetrik ultrasonografi ile prenatal tanı alan, Altman Tip I olarak sınıflandırılan ve postnatal 2. günde koksigektomi dahil tam cerrahi eksizyon uygulanan bir yenidoğan kız olgusu sunulmaktadır. Histopatolojik inceleme matür teratom ile uyumlu olup iki yıllık takipte nüks ya da fonksiyonel morbidite saptanmamıştır. Bu olgu çerçevesinde SKT'nin epidemiyolojisi, patofizyolojisi, sınıflaması, tanı yöntemleri ve cerrahi tedavisi literatür eşliğinde tartışılmaktadır.
