Tiroglossal Kanal Kisti, Sistrunk Prosedürü İle Opere Edilen Nüks Pediatrik Olgu
Özet
Tiroglossal kanal kisti (TKK), çocukluk çağında sık görülen konjenital boyun orta hat kitlelerinden biridir. Cerrahi tedavide altın standart Sistrunk prosedürüdür. Bu olgu sunumunda, daha önce opere edilen ve eksik cerrahiye bağlı nüks gelişen 7,5 yaşındaki erkek hasta sunulmuştur. Hastada tekrarlayan enfeksiyon atakları ve boyunda şişlik mevcuttu. Ultrasonografide multifokal kistik lezyonlar izlendi. Hasta Sistrunk prosedürü prensiplerine uygun şekilde yeniden opere edildi. Bu olgu, hyoid kemiğin santral segmentinin eksizyonunun rekürrensin önlenmesindeki önemini göstermektedir.
