Pediatrik Hastada Atipik Prezentasyon İle Tanı Alan Koledok Kisti
Özet
Koledok kistleri, nadir görülen, genellikle yaşamın ilk yıllarında tanı konulan intrahepatik ve ekstrahepatik safra yollarının anormal kistik dilatasyonudur. Hastalar genellikle sarılık, karın ağrısı ve sağ üst kadranda ele gelen dolgunluk şikayetleri ile hastaneye başvurur. Hastalığın tanısı başta ultrasonografi olmak üzere görüntüleme yöntemleri ile koyulup cerrahi müdahale ile tedavi edilir. Bu yazımızda kurumumuza Tip 4 Koledok kisti ön tanısıyla başvuran 2 yaşında bir kız hastanın yönetimi anlatılmaktadır.
