Yenidoğanda Duodenal Stenoz Etiyolojisinde Nadir Bir Birliktelik: Anüler Pankreas ve Preduodenal Portal Ven
Özet
Konjenital duodenal atrezi ve stenoz, yenidoğan döneminde intestinal obstrüksiyonun önemli nedenleri arasında yer almaktadır. Prenatal dönemde saptanan double bubble bulgusu tanı açısından yol gösterici olmakla birlikte, komplet ve parsiyel obstrüksiyon ayrımında postnatal görüntüleme yöntemlerine ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Bu yazıda, prenatal ve postnatal görüntüleme bulgularının birlikte değerlendirilmesinin, özellikle parsiyel duodenal obstrüksiyonların ayırıcı tanısında önemini vurgulamaktadır. Ayrıca eşlik eden anatomik varyasyonların cerrahi yaklaşım üzerindeki belirleyici rolüne dikkat çekmektedir.
