Biyomekanik Uygulamalarda Etik
Özet
Biyomekanik uygulamalar, klinik değerlendirme, rehabilitasyon, spor performansı ve biyomedikal tasarım süreçlerinde giderek daha yaygın kullanılmaktadıe. Buna paralel olarak etik sorumlulukların önemi artmaktadır. Bu nedenle biyomekanik uygulamalarda araştırma, veri yönetimi, klinik uygulama, spor biyomekaniği, tasarım süreçleri ile çevresel ve toplumsal konularda etik hususların detaylarının belirlenmesi önemlidir. Bilgilendirilmiş onam, özerklik, yararlılık, zarar vermeme ve adalet ilkeleri biyomekanik araştırmaların temel etik dayanaklarıdır. Ayrıca veri gizliliği, yapay zekâ uygulamalarında algoritmik önyargı, giyilebilir teknolojilerden elde edilen verilerin güvenliği, veri sahipliği ve etik veri yönetimi biyomekanik uygulamalarda güncel etik konulardandır. Klinik uygulamalarda hasta mahremiyeti, hassas grupların korunması ve doğru veri yorumlamanın önemi vurgulanmaktadır. Spor biyomekaniğinde performans verilerinin etik kullanımı, biyomekanik tasarımlarda hasta odaklılık, güvenlik ve erişilebilirlik ilkeleri diğer hususlardır. Son olarak çevresel sürdürülebilirlik, toplumsal adalet ve etik yönetim biyomekanik uygulamaların geleceği açısından temel gereklilikler olarak değerlendirilmektedir.
