Biyomekanikte Ölçüm ve Analiz Yöntemleri
Özet
İnsan hareketinin mekanik prensiplerle incelenmesi, hareketin doğru değerlendirilebilmesi için objektif ve güvenilir ölçüm yöntemlerini gerektirir. Geleneksel gözleme dayalı klinik değerlendirmeler sınırlı doğruluk ve tekrarlanabilirlik sunarken, güncel biyomekanik ölçüm teknolojileri hareketi sayısal verilere dönüştürerek çok daha hassas bir analiz olanağı sağlamaktadır. Bu bölümde; araştırma, rehabilitasyon ve spor bilimlerinde hareketin kinematik ve kinetik özelliklerinin değerlendirilmesinde yaygın olarak kullanılan başlıca ölçüm ve analiz yöntemleri ele alınmaktadır. Sırasıyla, dinamometreler ile kuvvet ve basınç platformlarını kapsayan kuvvet ölçüm sistemleri; optik işaretleyicili (marker-based), işaretleyicisiz (markerless) ve ataletsel ölçüm birimlerini (IMU) içeren hareket analizi teknolojileri ve elektromiyografi (EMG) incelenmektedir. Son olarak, doğrudan ölçülemeyen iç kuvvetlerin (kas kuvvetleri, eklem reaksiyon kuvvetleri) tahmininde giderek önem kazanan bilgisayar tabanlı modelleme ve simülasyon yaklaşımlarının temel özellikleri aktarılmaktadır. Bu yöntemlerin doğru kullanımı ve elde edilen verilerin klinik bağlamda yorumlanması, insan hareketinin anlaşılması ve klinik karar süreçlerinin desteklenmesi açısından kritik önem taşımaktadır.
