Özet

Günümüzde kardiyak aritmilerin tanı ve tedavisinde kullanılan teknolojilerin gelişmesiyle birlikte sol atriyuma yapılan girişimlerin sayısı artmaktadır. Bu girişim sayısının artmasının bir sonucu da kateter ablasyon ilişkili sol atriyal taşikardilerin (AT) artmasıdır. Bu olgu sunumunda daha önce atriyal fibrilasyon (AF) kriyoablasyonu uygulanmış 55 yaşındaki kadın hastada gelişen sol AT’nin yönetiminden bahsedilecektir.

With the advancement of technologies used in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias today, the number of procedures performed on the left atrium is increasing. One consequence of this increase is a rise in catheter ablation-related left atrial tachycardia (AT). This case report will discuss the management of left AT that developed in a 55-year-old female patient who had previously undergone cryoablation for atrial fibrillation (AF).
