Ektazik Koroner Arterde Akut Stent Trombozunun Ardından Endovasküler Sızıntıya Bağlı Koruyucu Distal Perfüzyon
Özet
Akut stent trombozu sıklıkla ölümcül sonuçları olan bir klinik tablodur. Erken müdahalenin kritik önemi olduğu bu durumda diseksiyon zemininde olan endoleak akımının olası kötü senaryoların oluşmasına engel olduğu 70 yaşında bir kadın vakamızı stent trombozunun olası sebepleri ve yapılabileceklerimiz ışıgında aktaracağız.
Acute stent thrombosis is a clinical condition that often leads to fatal outcomes. In this case, where early intervention is of critical importance, we will present the case of a 70-year-old woman in whom endoleak flow on a dissection substrate prevented the development of potential adverse outcomes, discussing the possible causes of stent thrombosis and the actions that can be taken.
