Hipotansif Yüksekten Düşme Hastasında Eşzamanlı Yüksek Doz Antihipertansif İlaç Alımı: Olgu Sunumu
Özet
Yüksekten düşme olgularında hipotansiyon sıklıkla travmatik kan kaybına bağlanmakta, eşlik eden toksikolojik nedenler gözden kaçabilmektedir. Beta-blokör (BB) ve kalsiyum kanal blokörü (KKB) aşırı alımları, ciddi bradikardi ve refrakter hipotansiyonla seyreden, mortalitesi yüksek klinik tablolara yol açabilir. Bu olgu sunumunda, yüksekten düşme sonrası hipotansif başvuran ve eşzamanlı yüksek doz BB ve KKB alımı saptanan bir hasta üzerinden tanısal zorluklar ve hasta yönetimi üzerine derinlemesine yaklaşım konuları incelenecektir.
