Craniumun Travmatik Bozuklukları
Özet
Hayvanlarda craniumun travmatik bozuklukları, çoğunlukla trafik kazaları, düşmeler ve darp gibi nedenlerle oluşan ve primer ile sekonder beyin hasarına yol açabilen ciddi klinik durumlardır. Travma sonucunda kafatası fraktürleri, beyin kontüzyonları, hemorajiler ve intrakraniyal basınç artışı gelişebilir. Klinik bulgular bilinç değişiklikleri, pupilla refleks bozuklukları, nöbetler ve nörolojik defisitler şeklinde ortaya çıkar. Tanıda nörolojik muayene ile birlikte radyografi, bilgisayarlı tomografi ve manyetik rezonans görüntüleme önemli rol oynar. Tedavinin temel amacı hava yolu ve dolaşımın stabilizasyonu ile sekonder beyin hasarının önlenmesidir. Erken ve uygun müdahale, prognozun iyileştirilmesinde belirleyici faktördür.
