Bütüncül Yaklaşım Ve Risk Değerlendirmesi Çerçevesinde Kadına Yönelik Şiddet
Özet
Küresel ve ulusal düzeyde yürütülen çeşitli çabalara karşın, kadına yönelik şiddet yaygınlığını koruyan önemli bir toplumsal sorun olmayı sürdürmektedir. Kadına yönelik şiddetin, dijital boyutu da dâhil olmak üzere çok boyutlu görünümlerinin bütüncül bir perspektifle yeterince kavranamaması ve buna bağlı risklerin etkin biçimde değerlendirilememesi, sorunun sürekliliğinde belirleyici bir etken olarak öne çıkmaktadır. Bu bağlamda, proaktif ve bütüncül risk değerlendirme yaklaşımlarına duyulan gereksinim giderek artmaktadır. Bu çalışma, kadına yönelik şiddeti ve bunun daha geniş bir uzantısını oluşturan toplumsal cinsiyete dayalı şiddeti, bütüncül yaklaşım ve risk değerlendirmesi çerçevesinde ele almayı amaçlamaktadır.
Despite various efforts undertaken at both global and national levels, violence against women continues to be a significant social problem that remains widespread. The inability to adequately comprehend the multidimensional manifestations of violence against women—including its digital dimension—from a holistic perspective, as well as the insufficient assessment of the associated risks, stands out as a key factor contributing to the persistence of the problem. In this context, the need for proactive and comprehensive risk assessment approaches is increasingly evident. This study aims to examine violence against women and its broader extension, gender-based violence, within the framework of a holistic approach and risk assessment.
