Gastrointestinal Sistem Muayene Yöntemleri ve Değerlendirilmesi
Özet
Acil servise başvurularda gastrointestinal sistem şikayetleri sıkça yer almaktadır. Klinik olarak hafif bir durumdan yaşamı tehdit eden tablolara kadar geniş bir çerçevede karşımıza çıkabilmektedir. Bu nedenle bu hasta grubunda ayrıntılı anamnez ile birlikte sistematik ve dikkatli bir fizik muayene, erken tanı ve etkin tedavi açısından temel öneme sahiptir. Gelişmiş laboratuvar ve görüntüleme yöntemlerine rağmen gastrointestinal sistem fizik muayenesi, tanısal sürecin vazgeçilmez bir basamağı olmaya devam etmektedir. İnspeksiyon, palpasyon, perküsyon ve oskültasyondan oluşan klasik muayene basamakları ile şikayetler ve bulgular bütüncül biçimde ele alınmalıdır. Ayrıca acil serviste yapılacak olan seri fizik muayene, hastalığın klinik seyrinin izlenmesi ve olası acil durumların erken saptanması açısından önem teşkil etmektedir.
