İmplant Destekli Hibrit Protezler

Özet

Bu bölüm, tam veya kısmi diş eksikliklerinin rehabilitasyonunda önemli bir tedavi alternatifi olan implant destekli hibrit protezleri kapsamlı bir şekilde incelemektedir. Çalışmada, klinik ve radyolojik teşhis yaklaşımlarının, özellikle üç boyutlu görüntüleme tekniklerinin önemi vurgulanmaktadır. Hibrit protezlerin endikasyonları, kontrendikasyonları ve sınıflandırmaları detaylandırılarak klinik karar süreçlerine rehberlik edilmektedir. Ayrıca, vida ve siman tutuculu protez tasarımlarının biyomekanik özellikleri, avantaj ve dezavantajları ile oklüzyon prensipleri karşılaştırmalı olarak ele alınmaktadır. Protezlerin fonksiyonel ve estetik artılarının yanı sıra, mukozitis, peri-implantitis, vida gevşemesi ve materyal kırıkları gibi olası uzun dönem komplikasyonları da irdelenmektedir. Sonuç olarak, ileri derecede kemik rezorpsiyonu olan vakalarda bu protezlerin, doğru cerrahi ve protetik planlama ile yüksek memnuniyet sağlayan güvenilir bir "cankurtaran" tedavi modeli olduğu ortaya konmaktadır.

This chapter comprehensively examines implant-supported hybrid prostheses, a significant treatment alternative for the rehabilitation of fully or partially edentulous patients. The study emphasizes the importance of clinical and radiological diagnostic approaches, particularly advanced three-dimensional imaging techniques. By detailing the indications, contraindications, and classifications of hybrid prostheses, it provides guidance for clinical decision-making processes. Furthermore, the biomechanical properties, advantages, and disadvantages of screw-retained versus cement-retained designs, along with occlusal principles, are comparatively discussed. Alongside the functional and aesthetic benefits, potential long-term complications such as mucositis, peri-implantitis, screw loosening, and material fractures are also addressed. Conclusively, the chapter demonstrates that with accurate surgical and prosthetic planning, hybrid prostheses serve as a highly satisfying and reliable "lifesaver" treatment model in cases with severe bone resorption
