Özet

Bu çalışma, gösterge panellerinde (dashboard) arayüz çeşitliliğinin kuramsal temellerini ve uygulamalı boyutlarını güzel sanatlar perspektifinden ele almaktadır. Gösterge panelleri; kurumsal karar alma, sağlık yönetimi, eğitim ve kentsel planlama gibi geniş bir alanda veri görselleştirmenin birincil arayüzü haline gelmiştir. Ancak farklı kullanıcı profilleri, veri türleri ve karar bağlamları, tek tip bir arayüz şablonunun yetersiz kaldığını ortaya koymaktadır. Çalışmada öncelikle gösterge panellerinin kavramsal çerçevesi, tarihsel gelişimi ve bilişsel yük kuramıyla ilişkisi incelenmektedir. Ardından stratejik, operasyonel, analitik ve taktik olmak üzere dört temel panel türü işlevsel gereksinimleri açısından sınıflandırılmaktadır. Görsel tasarım ilkeleri kapsamında renk, tipografi, düzen ve grafik türü seçiminin bilgi algısı üzerindeki etkileri tartışılmakta; etkileşim tasarımı boyutunda filtreleme, detaya inme ve kişiselleştirme mekanizmaları değerlendirilmektedir. Sektörel uygulamalar somut örneklerle sunulmakta, kullanıcı merkezli tasarım yaklaşımları ve kullanılabilirlik test yöntemleri ele alınmaktadır. Son olarak yapay zekâ entegrasyonu, doğal dil sorgulaması ve tahmine dayalı analitik gibi güncel eğilimler tartışılmaktadır. Çalışma, gösterge paneli tasarımının standartlaştırılmış bir reçete değil bağlama duyarlı bir karar verme süreci olduğu sonucuna ulaşmaktadır.

This study examines the theoretical foundations and practical dimensions of interface diversity in dashboards from a fine arts perspective. Dashboards have become the primary interface for data visualization across corporate decision-making, healthcare management, education, and urban planning. However, varying user profiles, data types, and decision-making contexts demonstrate that a one-size-fits-all interface template is insufficient. The study first investigates the conceptual framework, historical development, and relationship of dashboards with cognitive load theory. It then classifies four fundamental dashboard types—strategic, operational, analytical, and tactical—according to their functional requirements. Within visual design principles, the effects of color, typography, layout, and chart type selection on information perception are discussed, while interaction design aspects such as filtering, drill-down, and personalization mechanisms are evaluated. Sectoral applications are presented through concrete examples, and user-centered design approaches along with usability testing methods are addressed. Finally, current trends including artificial intelligence integration, natural language querying, and predictive analytics are discussed. The study concludes that dashboard design is not a standardized prescription but a context-sensitive decision-making process.
