Litoterapi (Kristal Terapisi)’nin Cerrahi Bakımda Kullanımı
Özet
Litoterapi ya da kristal terapisi, doğal taşların/kristallerin enerjilerini kullanan, fiziksel, ruhsal ve duygusal denge sağlamayı amaçlayan bir geleneksel ve tamamlayıcı bir tıp uygulamasıdır. Tarih boyunca litoterapi, fiziksel ve duygusal sorunların hafifletilmesinde rol oynamıştır. Antik çağlardan günümüze değin, taşların yarattığı titreşimlerin çakra ve enerji kanalları üzerindeki dengesizlikleri giderdiği inancı temel alınır. Meditasyon sırasında doğal taşlar/kristaller ile şarj edilmiş suların tüketilmesi ve doğal taşların/kristallerin cilde teması gibi yöntemler uygulanmaktadır. Litoterapinin, cerrahi bakım sürecinde korku ve stresle başa çıkma, ameliyat sonrası ağrıları hafifletme ve yara iyileşmesini destekleme amacıyla kullanılabileceği belirtilmektedir. Bireyin enerji dengesini ve genel refahını artırdığı belirtilen litoterapi/ kristal terapisi, şifa arayışlarının bir yansıması olarak günümüzde ilgi görmesine karşın, plasebo etkisi olduğu ile ilgili varsayımların araştırmalar ile kanıtlanması gereği önerilmektedir.
Lithotherapy or crystal therapy is a traditional and complementary medicine method that aims to provide physical, spiritual and emotional balance by using the energies of natural stones/crystals. This practice, which has been used since ancient times, is based on the belief that the vibrations of the stones affect the chakras and eliminate energy imbalances. It is applied by methods such as using natural stones/crystals during meditation, consuming water charged with natural stones/crystals and contacting natural stones/crystals with the skin. Throughout history, lithotherapy has played a role in alleviating both physical and emotional problems. It is stated that it can be used to cope with fear and stress during the surgical process, to relieve post-operative pain and to support wound healing. However, the effectiveness of this therapy has not been scientifically proven and in some cases it has been associated with the placebo effect. Lithotherapy/crystal therapy, which is stated to increase both the energy balance and general well-being of individuals, is still popular today as a reflection of the healing quests in human history, as a combination of modern and traditional medicine, but its positive results require further research.
