Hareket Terapilerinin (Alexander Tekniği, Feldenkrais Yöntemi, Trager, Rolfing) Cerrahi Bakımda Kullanımı

Özet

19.yüzyılın sonlarından itibaren hareket ve beden farkındalığı ile ilgili çok sayıda yeni yöntem geliştirilmiştir. Alexander Tekniği, Feldenkrais Yöntemi, Trager Yaklaşımı ve Rolfing Yapısal Bütünleşme gibi hareket terapileri olarak adlandırılan bütüncül yaklaşımlar, isimlerini yöntemlerin yaratıcılarından almıştır. Hareket terapileri, genel olarak bireyin bedensel farkındalığını artırarak denge, postür, esneklik ve hareketliliği geliştirmeyi hedefler. Yalnızca doku bütünlüğünü değil, aynı zamanda bireyin beden farkındalığını, postür kontrolünü ve hareket kapasitesini de etkileyen cerrahi girişimlerde, bakımın yalnızca fizyolojik iyileşme olarak ele alınmaması, yanı sıra nöromüsküler yapılanma ve mobilizasyonun desteklenmesi de önem taşımaktadır. Bu bölümde geleneksel ve tamamlayıcı tıp uygulamalarından biri olan hareket terapisinin cerrahi bakımda kullanımı konusuna yer verilmiştir.

Since the late 19th century, numerous new methods related to movement and body awareness have been developed. Holistic approaches called movement therapies, such as the Alexander Technique, Feldenkrais Method, Trager Approach, and Rolfing Structural Integration, are named after their creators. Movement therapies generally aim to improve balance, posture, flexibility, and mobility by increasing an individual’s bodily awareness. In surgical interventions that affect not only tissue integrity but also an individual's body awareness, postural control, and movement capacity, care must be considered not only as physiological recovery, but also as neuromuscular restructuring and mobilization are supported. This section focuses on the use of movement therapy, one of the traditional and complementary medicine practices, in surgical care.
