Homeopatinin Cerrahi Bakımda Kullanımı
Özet
Homeopati, sağlıklı bireylerde belirli semptomlara neden olan maddelerin, hasta bireylerde iyileşmeyi teşvik etmek için yüksek oranda seyreltilmiş formlarda kullanıldığı, "benzer, benzeri iyileştirir" ilkesine dayanan, özellikle ameliyat öncesi ve sonrası hemşirelik bakımında uygulanan geleneksel ve tamamlayıcı bir tıp sistemidir. Homeopatinin, cerrahi hemşireliği uygulamaları kapsamında incelendiği bu bölümde, etik ilkelere vurgu yapılmakta ve kanıt tabanı incelenmektedir. Klasik homeopatik felsefeye ve yakın tarihli ampirik araştırmalara (2015-2025) dayanarak, hemşireliğin bütüncül ilkelerini, bireyselleştirilmiş iyileşme modelleriyle uyumlu hale getiren disiplinlerarası bir bakış açısı sunulmaktadır. Klinik çalışmalar, meta-analizler ve nitel araştırma sonuçları, uygulamanın etkinliği, sınırlılıkları, geleceğe yönelik araştırma ve uygulamaları açısından tartışılmaktadır.
Homeopathy is a traditional and complementary medicine practice, particularly applied in pre- and post-operative nursing care, based on the principle of "like cures like," where substances that cause specific symptoms in healthy individuals are used in highly diluted forms to promote healing in sick individuals. This section examines homeopathy within the context of surgical nursing practices, emphasizing ethical principles and reviewing the evidence base. Based on classical homeopathic philosophy and recent empirical research (2015-2025), an interdisciplinary perspective is presented that aligns holistic nursing principles with individualized healing models. Clinical studies, meta-analyses, and qualitative research findings are discussed in terms of the effectiveness, limitations, and future research and applications of the practice.
