En önemli konu ise dergide yayınlanmak üzere gönderilen yazıların değerlendirilmesi ve bir karara varılmasıdır. İşte bu noktada özellikle yazıların reddedilmesi çok ciddi bir karardır. To accept to be Editor-in-Chief /Editor of a Journal makes you a very responsible person for this job.The most important part of this job is to evaluate and decide about the manuscripts submitted to your Journal.And at that point it is very serious decision to reject a manuscript.What are the reasons of rejection ?
